Colors Of The Wind!

The next installment of the Disney series is here!

This time I did a cover of Colors of The Wind from Pocahontas. I chose this song not only because it's just a good song, but also because the message of it is still unfortunately still relevant today.

Men are more logical and women are more emotional?

There's a common belief that men are more logical and women are more emotional. However, I think this is actually a misconception due to misunderstandings and mischaracterizations of what it means to be logical and what it means to be emotional. As a logical woman, I have experienced multiple examples of men making illogical decisions, and in some cases, going so far as to tell me that I'm being "too logical". Oceania! Australia + New Zealand

Image
I was traveling to Sydney, Australia for work, so I decided to add on another week and turn it into a work/vacation combo trip. During this trip, I visited Queenstown, New Zealand and Cairns, Australia in addition to Sydney. I referenced an itinerary for ideas of what to do, but I modified it to fit my own schedule and interests, so I'll be explaining in detail what exactly I did below. If you prefer to consume this content in video form or to see more visual details, please check out my Youtube videos ( New Zealand , Australia ). Wednesday, January 29 - Thursday, January 30 This was the start of my trip. I left home around 7:30pm for a 10:45pm flight out of SFO. This was a 13 hour flight to Aukland, New Zealand which was 21 hours ahead of San Francisco. Due to the time difference, it was Friday morning when I got off the plane, so I'll just use this space to talk about the flight. I flew on United Airlines in premium economy. I would definitely recommend this for a long-haul ...

March + April Health Goal Update

As promised in my   2025 Health Goals , here is the monthly goal update for February. Here is the emoji key that I i'm using for reference: 😃💚 - very happy with the result 😕💛 - ok with the result but some room for improvement 😠🔴 - not happy with the result March: # of pounds lost: 1.8  😕💛 # of workouts completed: 4  😠🔴 breakdown of # of days that I fully met, partially met or didn't meet my food goals:  😠🔴 April # of pounds lost: -0.4  😠🔴 # of workouts completed: 6  😕💛 breakdown of # of days that I fully met, partially met or didn't meet my food goals:  😠🔴   I'm not really sure what was going on in March and April. Both food and exercise were trending worse than February which is a bit surprising considering that I was out of town for the first half of February. I still made some progress but barely worked out at all which explains why the scale didn't move as much then went backwards in April. I think my current state seems to b...
