World Tour! Trip Recap

Back in September/October, I basically went on a world tour (not really but I did visit 5 different cities across 3 different countries not counting the day trips we took). I'm finally getting around to writing a recap of that trip. I'll first provide the day by day recap with all activities, restaurants and hotels linked. Day 1 (Sunday, September 22): Usher Concert in LA I flew down to LAX from SFO on United Airlines. I have the United Explorer card  (link is a referral link FYI), so I tend to fly with them for domestic travel since I get free checked baggage and priority boarding. 2025 Health Goals

I decided to post this publicly for accountability. I am currently on a health journey and definitely want to make some good progress in 2025. I'll provide a high level summary of my goals and approach below. I'll also make a new post each month with my updates for the month. Each monthly update will include:  # of pounds lost # of workouts completed, breakdown of # of days that I fully met, partially met or didn't meet my food goals Overall Goals: Weight loss Improve A1C Improve cholestorol Increase activity levels General approach: significantly reduce fast food consumption by eating at home more (even if that is freezer convenience food) significantly reduce sugar consumption (via a combination of portion control and sugar substitutes like monkfruit) log food in MyFitnessPal to have a visual representation of what I am eating.
