Straight to Curly!
I'm sure my fellow natural hair girlies can relate to the excitement about getting our hair pressed since we don't typically do it often. When I first went natural, I made a decision to get a press once a year. Due to a family emergency + covid, I skipped last year. Since it had been 2 full years since my hair had been straightened, I was sooo excited to have straight hair.
I thoroughly enjoyed my (short-lived) straight hair, but I was also ready to go back curly. This triggered some slight worry about heat damage. Nobody wants to spend $$ and time getting a press only to end up with damaged hair afterwards. Check out my latest youtube video to see how what I do to go from straight back to curly hair with no heat damage :)
I also provide a review of a curl creme by Ouai that I received for free courtesy of Influenster.
