January Health Goal Update
As promised in my post about 2025 Health Goals, here is the monthly goal update for January.
I've decided that for each monthly goal, I'll use the following emojis to denote how happy I am with the result.
😃💚 - very happy with the result
😕💛 - ok with the result but some room for improvement
😠🔴 - not happy with the result
😠🔴 - not happy with the result

I lost more in the first half but went through a period of poor food choices towards the middle of the month. I self-corrected a bit towards the end of the month. We'll see what February looks like since I'm on vacation for pretty much the first half of the month)
I would like the "Fully Met" bucket to be at least 60% (ideally 75%) and the "Didn't Meet" bucket to be closer to 15% or less (about once a week). I decided to still give myself a medium reaction since this is only the first month of me making these changes, so I'll give myself some time to adapt. In future months, I think a "Fully Met" bucket of under 50% would be a "not happy" reaction.
