February Health Goal Update

As promised in my 2025 Health Goals, here is the monthly goal update for February.

Here is the emoji key that I i'm using for reference:

😃💚 - very happy with the result
😕💛 - ok with the result but some room for improvement

I was on vacation for the first half of the month, so I think losing 2 pounds and getting 7 workouts in is pretty good. My weight stayed pretty much flat while traveling. The 7 workouts were all basically in the last half of the month so for that portion of the month, I achieved my goal of 3 workouts per week.

Eating was kind of all over the place this month. This was partially due to travel but I also went a bit crazy after returning from my trip. I'm going to just give this one a negative reaction and try again in March.
