March + April Health Goal Update

As promised in my 2025 Health Goals, here is the monthly goal update for February.

Here is the emoji key that I i'm using for reference:

😕💛 - ok with the result but some room for improvement

March:

I'm not really sure what was going on in March and April. Both food and exercise were trending worse than February which is a bit surprising considering that I was out of town for the first half of February. I still made some progress but barely worked out at all which explains why the scale didn't move as much then went backwards in April.

I think my current state seems to be a steady-state for my current weight, so I need to make some updates to reset my baseline. I've made some updates to my exercise schedule to hopefully improve workout frequency and I'm back cooking again after taking a bit of a break for the month of April, so that should help as well.
